How tough are you? Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) invites runners to compete in the 2023 Evergreen Trail Racing Series, a four-race series of running events on mountainous terrain around scenic Evergreen and our mountain community. Distances range from a 5k to an epic half-marathon to the top of Bergen Peak (elevation 9,708 feet), a climb of well over 2,000 vertical feet.

Tuition $300/Student.Designed for students entering 1st grade through graduated seniors, with or without
experience in theatre.
*June 12th-16th-Choose Your Own Adventure Camp, Grades 1-3 and 4-6, 9am-4pm each day $250/student.
* June 19th-23rd-Imagination Station, Grades 1-3 and 4-6, 9am-4pm each day $250/student.

Annual Evergreen Rodeo & Parade
Our Rodeo Weekend includes a fabulous Saturday morning parade through downtown Evergreen, an evening rodeo performance on Saturday and an afternoon performance
on Sunday. Come celebrate our western heritage and join this Colorado mountain
tradition.
Evergreen Parade-The Evergreen Rodeo Parade exemplifies the fun of rodeo weekend. Thousands of spectators and over a hundred participants, including marching bands, floats, horses, carriages, antique cars and farm equipment, pass by the lake and through downtown Evergreen. The parade starts at 10am Saturday morning.
Parking: Rodeo fans are strongly encouraged to use our offsite parking and free shuttle bus service. Shuttles will run 2:15-8pm Saturday and 11am-5:30pm on Sunday.
Free offsite parking is available at the following locations:

Evergreen Medical Center, 30960 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen
Parking on the Rodeo Grounds is available for $10.00 per vehicle. Space is limited.

June 17th & 18th-The Deer Creek Valley Ranchos community
is hosting a massive garage sale, and you won't want to miss it! With over 30 homes participating, there will be an incredible
assortment of items to peruse and purchase.To make the experience even more exciting, we're including a fun treasure hunt for the kids, and maps will be provided at the entrance of
the neighborhood on Hangmans. But the excitement doesn't
stop there! We'll also have Rachel's Creations face painting from 12-2 on both days, an Art Barn with arts and crafts, and

June 17th-AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED Classes
Evergreen Fire Rescue, 9am – 1pm
The American Heart Association (AHA), Heartsaver CPR/AED Course. Designed to teach people the basic skills of CPR and
how to operate an AED. All EFR and EPAD instructors are
certified through the American Heart Association.Students will receive instruction in the following areas:
Scene assessment/safety, Activating EMS, CPR for adults, children, and infants, AED (Automated External Defibrillation), proven life saving technology, Foreign body airway obstruction,
Recognition of signs and symptoms of: heart attack, stroke, choking and sudden cardiac arrest
Heartsaver CPR/AED Certification $25: for anyone who wants to learn CPR and AED, is not a healthcare provider,
DOES want a course completion card and lives or works in the Evergreen Fire Protection District.
This includes: mandatory text book, test, and certification card
(e-card) for $25. Certification is good for 2 years.
(Certification is $41.00 if you don’t live or work in the district.)
